Advise response staff (MOM & P-way) and ETAs

Ensure that the responding team to site, takes a set of boards with them and stencils for different speeds.

If report is during sub zero temperatures ensure the attending team take clamps and are passed for broken rail
8
RCM/IC listen to driver GSMR report. Record name of the driver and stock detail for CCIL.

Update CCIL/FMS and send a Tyrell message and WhatsApp
