Controller to ensure the following core actions have been completed:

Signaller can authorise 20 mph if one broken fishplate is identified.

Ensure that signaller is aware. Establish method of work. Stopped or reduced speed

Send qualified response staff (MOM/Pway and S&T) ETA's Ensure clamps/plates and boards are available

Appoint TPIC/MMIC (Pway SS/SM/ATME/TME) as required - Request Milestone plan

Advise TOC/FOC and NOC

Apply Stranded Trains protocol/Plan Emergency Possession or line blockage

Inform ECR if under OLE

Update CCIL/FMS and send a Tyrell message and WhatsApp
