Trespass
Controller to ensure the following core actions have been completed:
Decide any immediate actions required by the caller.
Name, contact number & BTP Ref if applicable
Location of trespasser(s)
Who is trespassing - description, how many, what direction are they heading
Who reported the trespasser (if reported by BTP)
Ask are they a danger to themselves (in the view of the reporter)
Is the person is a risk to trains (in the view of the reporter)
If the answer to either of the above is 'yes' - ensure a caution has been imposed
Otherwise - inform the controlling signaller & agree if trains are to be cautioned.
Inform the ECR if necessary.
Inform BTP Within 10 minutes - Control have overall responsibility to ensure BTP Emergency number contacted
Advise TOC/FOC
Dispatch MOM/LOM and advise if BTP are attending.
REMIND BTP NOT TO GO LINESIDE UNLESS PERSON IS IN IMMEDIATE DANGER
Update CCIL and WhatsApp send a Tyrell message if delay causing
