Controller to ensure the following core actions have been completed:
CAT Tool indicates Extreme threshold breached (30mm in 1 hour/40mm in 3 hours)
Identify the affected ORS and alert time frame (Use Current dashboard tab)
Instruct controlling signaller to Impose an immediate 40mph PERSR over the affected line(s) -Use the CAT Tool simplifier **Message for broadcast below for refrence**
- ***Only for High Risk & Medium Risk sites if required by Geotech Engineer****
Create singular CCIL entry for each High risk ORS/Medium Risk ORS highlighted by Geotech with title CrAT
Create singular CCIL entry for all Medium Risk ORS (No action) with title CrAT
Ensure BSR/ESR has been imposed for a minimum of 30 minutes before removal

CAT Tool Extreme threshold returns to Normal, no flooding/earthworks damage reported and one train on each line. Instruct controlling signaller to remove BSR/ESR

Manage Flooding,earthworks damage IAW Rulebook M3
Relevant on site discipline assessment and rectification
