H/code/vehicle number/axle number/side in direction of travel/location/line/Temperature

Ascertain which signal/location the train is brought to a stand
3
Is train conveying ''Dangerous Goods''

Dispatch MOM (RIO if req’d) Advise S&T. (On Track Equipment req’s investigations)
5
Inform TOC/FOC and NOC
6
Once axle examined inform all relevant parties of the findings (as an update)
7
Obtain HABD printout and copy to CCIL and FMS
8
Update CCIL/FMS and send a Tyrell message and WhatsApp
