SCADA Failure
Controller to ensure the following core actions have been completed:
Establish if this is a complete loss of remote Control with the ECO
Contact York Control to see if the issue is affecting the East Coast
Arrange for a helpdesk call with Siemens call centre and wait for a call from the Siemens On Call Engineer (Derby ECR to arrange)
Siemens On Call engineer will make an assessment over the phone and request for the servers to be turned off and restarted as required (via York ERC)
York ECR staff will be requested to access the server room in York ICC and locate server 1 or 2. (Server is in the Siemens cabinet in equipment room 1 and 2)
Under instruction the server will be switched off and then back on to reset.
Server Restart unsucessful
D&P to Feeder Station- Borehamwood/Long Meadow Farm priority
Stoke Tech to check status of FTN
Consider DNO (National Grid) switch off to feeder if required in an emergency switch off
Update CCIL/FMS and send a Tyrell message
