Record in FMS, check history and if a repeat within 5 days send S&T staff

Advise S&T SM if not a repeat

Additionally if a Code 5 , 7 and 7a(WSF) is reported:

Obtain from signaller method of working for subsequent trains.

Escalate to S&T Supervisor/Engineer and appoint Level 2 & 3

Obtain the completed RT3185

Advise NOC (if Wrong Side Failure)

Request FFCCTV and request download from TOC/FOC. Box CCT for data download

Update CCIL, FMS and WhatsApp safety alert

If AWS on board equipment is believed to be the issues request TOC/FOC (DOTE) Defective on train equipment instruction
15
If AWS is defective or isolated apply TW5 instructions.
